US Resort Mangement has done a great job with our association. They are an established management company with a great staff. I would recommend them to any COA, HOA, or POA for management purposes. 5 stars for the accounting, administration, and maintenance from this homeowner.
Worst management company ever!!! Small tasks that they are supposed perform are below in quality and workmanship. When called back to do things correctly, they reflect a negative attitude. This is NOT a management company that strives for excellence and customer satisfaction. Sometimes it is just not a good idea to hire the lowest bidder.
