Worst and ridicules service, I have ever had. I booked the boat from St. Louis and when I reached there, staff is saying, we don't have the boat you have booed for. Either cancel the reservation or take another one which we have, since I came from St. Louis to Lake of ozark for this. I don't have other options other then accepting it. I was first time boat rider and that boat has some issue, and we were about to die. When I complained about this staff said, this boat had some issue, we have to retire it. How they can provide such boat to a novice, moral of the story never go with Iguana.
