I took my Sheltie to Alice four times. And although the groom is not bad, Alice herself and her staff are so disorganized I will not be going back. I take my dog in at my appointed 9 am time and make it clear that I do not want him to stay the entire day. I think they should groom him and get him done. I expect a call back in no less than three hours. Sometimes they are still trying to buy time at 5:30 in the evening. This is ridiculous. Their lack of organization and planning is not professional and not acceptable. Also every time I go it gets $5 to $10 more expensive even though I tip generously. Last time, no tip and an indication that I would not be returning.
She is an awesome trainer. I bought a German shepherd puppy and my puppy Holly is awesome. Both my German shepherds love going to see her.
Everyone wants a job they enjoy going to everyday. Well at Alice-N-Wondergrooms, I get to do just that. Every morning I come in to feed, water, and clean up after the boarding dogs. Clean water is always provided and kennels are kept clean and sanitized. Seeing these dogs happy and excited to see me makes my job worth it. I've greatly enjoyed working along side Alice, learning everything I can about grooming and dog training. I'm truly blessed to be a part of Alice-N-Wondergrooms!
Left my dogs there for a week while I was out of the state. Alice, the owner, encouraged me to call whenever I wanted to check on them. When I did call, Alice informed me of how they were doing and wasn't upset that I had checked up on them. When I picked them up, they were both happy. I'm glad I went for the bath she offered. A few days later, I had to go out-of-town overnight. I left them with her again. I was just as pleased as the first time. I will board me dogs here again and highly recommend it.
Just had our Golden Doodle groomed here and she did an AWESOME job. Was nice enough to squeeze us in to an already full day and our boy looks so handsome!
