Staff was knowledgeable in every strange question we had. Room could have been quieter, but was overall very pleased with our stay. Restaurant was accommodating and wonderful.
The Lodge has been one of my favorite places to stay since 1995! The room was was large and very nice, HK's Christmas dinner was amazing, and the fireplace perfect. Thanks again staff for an other wonderful Christmas weekend.
We got a really great deal at this resort. It has a full sized movie theater. Indoor outdoor pool was a little too cold on our visit. Fun game room for the kids and a really cool indoor fire pit.
A large resort on The Lake of the Ozarks. The main entrance has a very nice large circular seating area with a suspended ceiling exhaust above the fire pit. The Main lodge room corridors are dated and looks like the early 80's. The rooms are slightly nicer. The grounds to the resort on the Lake side are nice with many different levels leading down to the waterfront. Service was extremely slow at check-in and checkout. Room service failed to make the bed completely and failed to remove the room service tray from breakfast. Eventually we put the tray in the hallway, and it took them another 5 hours to remove it along with 3 other trays. The breakfast was over priced with the bacon soggy. The Orange juice was more water than orange. This is not a resort that would earn 4 or 5 stars. I have had much better experiences from 3 star hotel chains.
Stayed Thanksgiving weekend in the Seasons Bay. Had a private balcony and a great view of the lake. Our room was nice and the beds were comfy. The main lodge lobby was decorated very pretty for Christmas and HK'S has a great happy hour menu. The gas fire pit outside by the pool was very nice to set by at night while looking out at the lights on the lake.
