We were 1 of about 5 different rooms book and still couldn't get an appointment. Would hate to see what it is like when the hotel is fully booked.
I have been numerous times in the last 4 years, no more. They were rude, the sauna was broken, the steam room smelled of mold, and I could go on. We left before our appointments not to further waste time or money and had a much more enjoyable time elsewhere. Avoid. Go to another spa.

My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend getaway.
Today is mg birthday and I had a very relaxing time at spa Shiki. I do a spa day once or twice a month and I must say for my first time coming here everything exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to coming back to the ozarks and having another great experience! Very beautiful spa too. Thanks agian!
For $200 worth of massages, it definitely was not worth it. Neither of us had any sort of pressure. It was a "rubbing of the back." Absolutely horrible. Not only that but my person was late for our appt so my 50 min massage was really 35.
