Made an appointment, showed up for appointment and the owner was a no show and doors locked. Called and left message and owner returned call and said she missed appointment. No offer of discount or we can do it later, just sorry you made an appointment and I didn't show up. Went to Spa Shiki instead for a much better experience, so much for trying to give business to a small business owner.
