Staff is wonderful! We had a group of 5 and originally rented a 20 foot pontoon for 2 hours. When we got there, they upgraded us to a much newer, much nicer boat for free. After being on the water for a while we wanted to extend our rental for 2 more hours. April was able to do so with a simple phone call. Good prices and good people. Would definitely recommend!
Me and a few friends took a spur of the moment trip to the lake on a Sunday afternoon since we all had off on Monday. We looked up prices and found this little gem. We were set to rent the tiny pontoon fully aware that it would be slow but we didn't care because it was a steal of a deal and we just wanted to put around and have fun. When we got there they randomly decided to upgrade us to their biggest, fastest pontoon at no extra cost and man was that awesome. Instead of putting around we were zoom across the lake. We had about an hour left and we decided to head back to the dock to pick up a tube for the remaining hour. We had fun tossing each other around in the fast pontoon. Staff was all really friendly. 120 dollars after gas and tax for a really fun two hours. Will defineatly go back.
The staff was polite and explained everything I was signing, then they went over basic boat instructions, any flaws to the boat which were some cosmetic issues, but assured me the boat runs fine, also went over safety guidelines. They made us feel comfortable and assisted with carrying our cooler and gear . Also they went over the lake map and locations of what places to visit. They allowed us to pick the hours we wanted and said that if we were back a little later then the planned time they wouldn't charge us extra and they didn't. The boat quality of the pontoon we took was old and used, with some minor damage which is typical with most rental places but they had the best price. We would go back here!
I read a lot of bad reviews about this place and was very leery about coming here but I decided to give it a try anyway. I had the most amazing day! Thank you so much Faith and Vanessa for making my weekend getaway one that I will never forget! You both have great personalities and are very friendly and were both extremely helpful and willing to give great customer service. This goes to the male staff that was on duty that day as well, they all were really nice and had a great sense of humor. I will be back to this business this summer as I have family that lives out here, and I cant wait, I really look forward to it! Mr. Mike Fink, Faith and Vanessa are great employees, hard workers and I look forward to seeing them again when I come back and doing business with them. See you all again this summer!
We had a great experience. Booked a few months out and the individual I talked with help me choose the best fit four our group. We arrived and our boat was cleaned and ready to go and the captain was there on time. The boat itself was nice. Radio worked, had nice seats, and the ladder was easy to get to and use. There were a few dings in the railing, but I expect to see that. Overall I was very pleased with the boat! We drove at least 45 minutes away during our 6 hour rental (if not a little more). Gas was reasonably priced, making the fill up at the end a minimal additional expense. Our captain Sam was great and he took us to the places our group requested and had some great recommendations on places to go on the lake! Faith and Vanessa were very helpful with the check in/out process. We had a great girls day on the lake! I would return and use this company again!
