Low quality service and food. Went for a birthday party that was scheduled three days in advanced. Yet there was a lack of support and organization. Orders were mixed up and given to wrong people and some didn't even get to eat due to the mix up. Some had to take their food home in a to-go-box just to find out their food was cold by the time they got home and the worst of all their food was burnt. If you're paying $10-15 for a simple hamburger and fries you should expect nothing less than a great hamburger and fries. This restaurant needs some serious work. Garbage.
Service was great when we first got there to watch a footbal game. Around halftime, our server asked
Might want to update your closing times. And not kick people out when you are technically still open for 15 minutes. It's not our fault your website hasn't been updated from your summer hours. Even though it's the end of December? And we walked in and checked with one of the servers. Then told was closing in 5 minutes, and could not be served. I asked a employee why the website said open until midnight? She replied that's our summer hours. Then sarcastically said, thanks for coming in. Come back tomorrow at the correct time. How about you update your site. And teach your employees how to rectify a situation that could of been handled better.
Drinks were awesome bartender wad good. Manger was pretty cool. Boneless wings were good but crisp. Other staff very nice.
My server Katy was very friendly and did great letting us know about the specials. Food didn't take very long and was delicious! The new manager came over and talked to us which was really cool. Will be back.
if we could close out our tab, as his shift was ending and we'd be handed off to another server. We gladly did that. For the remainder of the game, no one ever visited our table. Fortunately we weren't planning on ordering anything more, but it was like we were invisible.
