I always enjoy my visit to Menards. Friendly service and great buys throughout the store.
They promise rebates which they don't give you, still waiting. Not a good way to do business. Gonna post this one or hide it away?
It is a very nice, clean and employees are nice and helpful. Enjoy shopping at the Lake store.
I did not get the young lady's name that was helping me she was stocking candy in the food department she has a hat on that I think I'd reindeer elves on it or something but she was very very helpful and helping me find a couple different things back in the back of the store that I was looking for five stars for her help
First time, and probably last time, picking up lumber from the yard was not good at all. To have to go inside and through 3 people to get directed to someone that could give us a ticket for our order is a huge waste of time. After we get loaded up we get an offer to help and they cannot help tie the boards to the roof due to liability. Why offer when it is clear what step of the process we are in!
