Was very disappointed in the work they did on my boat. Parts of it was incomplete and had to be redone by someone else. The problems are too many to list.
We've rented from here two years in a row and have had great service. Love renting from this place. We did have an issue with one of the jet skis on our way back returning them but it was still running fine so I just kept on the way back. The manager got a little twisted with my Wife about not stopping and calling them right away which was a bit inappropriate. I would have preferred him talking to me once I got the Jet Ski up on the lift and with a little nicer tone. He settled down fairly quickly though.
The service department is always very organized and efficient.

New report: I had Big Thunder service the raw water pump in my boat last winter. When I was winterizing boat last week I didcover a nut in the bilge next to bilge pump. As you can see in the photo, it fell off the raw water pump. The boat didn't get used this summer as I was in the hospital from June til the end of September. Quality Control = ZERO.
