I bought a gift certificate for my father for Christmas. We dropped the boat off to remove oxidation from the top cap and have the boat detailed.

I've been using these guys for 6 years to maintain my 410 Sea Ray and you would never know it was a 23 year old boat, Thank you again for your hard work !!!!!

Dad left a few rods in the boat that he asked the owner to remove from the boat so nobody would steal them while it was sitting on the lot. That didn't happen.

Made an appointment to get the exterior done on my boat for a wash and wax. Seemed like a simple enough task and gave them my boat slip and instructions. When I got down to the lake on the day that they had finished I observed that they had cleaned the entire boat and had lost 3 of my custom grass mats that were on the inside of my boat. First off, they were not supposed to be on the inside of my boat. When I called and told them of this I was told they would be back with me. This is now the 2nd summer that I have been trying to get my mats back and to this day have not retrieved them. What a huge run around. Have been told many stories, they have been ordered. They have come in, but not all of them. The mats run around 350.00 for the three that they lost. Since that time I have made it my mission to tell everyone I come in contact with who wants a reference for cleaning a boat that these people are not whom they appear to be. Had a close friend who had them scheduled for a 1200.00 buff job and had them cancel it. They had Kelly's port do it for 700.00 and it looks fantastic. 500.00 is a lot of money. Any time a dealer is cheaper than a private business, something is not right. Have had at least 3 other probable customers that I have swayed away from them and would encourage you to do the same. I am a little different than most people and will eventually take them to court to get my money. Of course they will not return my phone calls and just expect me to go away. I can assure you I will not go away. Will take out a full page ad in the local newspaper to sway customers away from this business. Am contacting the local BBB as well.

GOT A PHONE CALL TODAY WHOM I GUESS IS THE OWNER BY THE NAME OF JEREMY. I WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD MY MATS IN HIS POSSESSION AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM. I REPLIED THAT THEY WOULD NEED CUSTOM SNAPS AND THEY MUST BE MEASURED. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD BE GLAD TO PUT MY MATS BACK IN MY BOAT WHEN I REMOVED THE REVIEW FROM GOOGLE. SO I ASK YOU AS CUSTOMERS OUT THERE---IS THIS WHO YOU WOULD LIKE WORKING ON YOUR BOAT. THIS MAN'S BUSINESS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSING MY MATS OR STEALING MY MATS. YOU READ HIS RESPONSE AND ALL HE IS WORRIED ABOUT "IS MY BOAT CLEAN." I WOULD BE GLAD TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THE CLEANING BUT MORE THAN ANYTHING I WANT MY MATS. I WAS TOLD THAT ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT HAD WORKED ON MY BOAT HAD BEEN FIRED. LOSING MY MATS WAS NOT HIS FAULT. COME ON PEOPLE. I WOULD ASK YOU---REALLY! AS I HAVE STATED---I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MATS AND HAVE NOW REVIEWED IN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, YELP, MANTA, AND WILL CONTINUE UNTIL I GET MY PROPERTY. I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED VILLAGE MARINE WHO REFERRED ME TO THESE PEOPLE. I WANT MY MATS.

We really aren't sure exactly what was detailed on the boat, because there was still a water line on the boat from being in the water last time. The oxidation looked exactly the same as when it was dropped off.

The craigslist post that the owner uses to advertise are incredible. Taking a boat from a cloudy oxidized mess to bright and shiny gel coat. The boat my father dropped off had some light oxidation, so it shouldn't have been too difficult at all.

UPDATE AS OF WEDNESDAY MAY 24TH 2017

I had them wet sand, buff, polish and detail my cobalt so i could sell and get more out of it, They did such an amazing job i have decided to keep it for another season or two!

WOW my boat looks amazing. I was shopping around to have my boat painted but they said all it needed was some wet sanding and buffing. Saved me close to 20k
