Laptop crashed due to a corrupted drive. Richard was able to install a new drive and recover all of my data. And the price was right. I would use them again.
im not a happy customer.i paid over $100 for josh to end up with a new gb of ram and hardrive at my expense.what i got was used hardrive 1 less gb of ram and a computer that wont shutdown blue screen of death.took it to my friend he fixed the whole deal for free and im feeling like a refund would be at least respectful.ill be watching for a response on your fb page.i had hoped to give you a good review and had heard nothing but good about you wish that it could have been that way for me.
Was visiting the lake on vacation and had my laptop go down. The Clinic guys had me up and running the same day! I know send my computer to them when I am not visiting my vacation home when it needs worked on. Thank you guys for the fast turn around time and reliable work.

Excellent customer service and fast turn around time. They keep my computers running top notch and I only trust them with my sensitive data. It is nice to walk into a computer store that has a wall full of certifications, I know that the person that I am trusting my data with is well versed in the field and not some part time teenage employee with no technical education. I have been burned several times by the "My son is a super whiz on the computer, he can fix it for you cheap!" only to end up loosing my data and costing me a computer.
